About Chef Sean
Chef Sean is passionate
about food. Especially food prepared with the freshest of
ingredients. His favored reading is the "Bon Appetit"
culinary magazine and his favorite activity, while munching
on his fire-breathing buffalo wings, is brainstorming on
the elements of the next Chef Sean meal.
Sean has an Associates Degree
and Diplome d'Art Culinaire from the Atlantic Culinary Academy
at McIntosh College, Dover, NH. He is Le Cordon Bleu and ServSafe
Food Handling Certified. His culinary arts training, though
built on a traditional French foundation, has also prepared
him to be skilled in American Immigrant and Regional Cooking
including but not limited to Creole, Mexican, American Comfort
Foods, as well as Japanese Sushi.
He has an expansive understanding
of what is in demand by those of sophisticated palates and
those whose tastes are more practical and economical. His
qualifications include extensive knowledge of specialized
nutrition and prescribed dietary needs based on his seven
years as a medical facility executive chef. Sean describes
his food preparation objective to be "practical cuisine
with an elegant flair and focus on nutrition for a healthy
lifestyle."
Finally, Sean loves a good
joke and conducts his business with a jovial attitude complemented
by his wry smile and lively banter. He sincerely values the
friendships he has made through his clientele and measures
his success by the look of satisfaction on the countenances
of his customers and their families and guests as they enjoy
what he has prepared.
