April 2009 marks the formal
start of Chef Sean Dowling's Personal Chef business. After
seven years as an executive chef in medical facilities, Chef
Sean has found that his interests lay more in the field of
providing private food services either in-home or at small
rented venues. His positive experience in this area post graduation
in New Hampshire is the key that has drawn him to make this
career change decision.
Sean is drawn to not only
the empty canvas for creating the perfect culinary answer
for his clients' needs, but also to the personal one-on-one
interaction and response to his preparations that being a
Personal Chef provides. As his business grows Sean will be
